Dr. Rich Hagberg is a consulting psychologist and leadership expert with over 45 years of experience advising more than 500 companies worldwide. 

With a career rooted in Silicon Valley, Rich holds a BA from UCLA and a PhD in counseling psychology from Washington State University. Rich spent three decades working with some of the most prominent tech firms before shifting his focus in 2009 to coaching startup founders and their teams. 

An entrepreneur himself, Rich has founded multiple companies, including HCG, Inc., which he led for 22 years before its acquisition by Accenture.

Tien Tzuo is a successful founder, a best-selling author, and a software startup junkie. 

The creator of the phrase “the subscription economy,” Tien cofounded Zuora in 2008 to help companies launch and manage recurring revenue–based business models and successfully took the company public on the New York Stock Exchange in 2018.

He is the author of the national bestseller Subscribed: Why the Subscription Model Will Be Your Company’s Future—and What to Do About It. 

Prior to founding Zuora, Tien joined Salesforce as its 11th hire and rose to Chief Marketing Officer and then Chief Strategy Officer. 

Tien holds a BS from Cornell and an MBA from Stanford and is a prolific angel investor and founder mentor.
